The Company held a Special General Meeting ("SGM") of Shareholders on May 28, 2003. The issue on the agenda is described in the Proxy Statement forming part of the 6K report submitted by the Company on April 13, 2003.

 

The SGM resolved to approve an additional expenditure of $850,000 for the premium of the Company`s Directors and Officers insurance policy.
