(1) | The reported transaction involved an amendment of outstanding warrants which were originally acquired on July 7, 2001 and amended in March 2002, as reported on Forms 4 filed by the reporting person on August 6, 2001 and March 18, 2002. The original warrants expired on July 7, 2006. On July 7, 2006, the board of directors of the issuer unanimously approved the extension of the expiration date to July 14, 2006, resulting in the expiration of the "old" warrants and the deemed grant of replacement warrants qualified under Rule 16b-3(d). |
