Appointment of Principal Officers.
On
March
7, 2006, the Board of Directors of Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. (“the Company”)
appointed Mr. Frederick D. Lawrence to its Board of Directors. Mr. Lawrence
has been appointed to serve on the Board’s Audit Committee. On March 7, 2006,
the Company issued a press release that announced the appointment of Mr.
Frederick D. Lawrence to its Board of Directors. A copy of the press release

attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
