Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective as of Tuesday, April 1, 2014, Eric Shevin has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of GrowLife, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
The Company is currently considering several candidates to join the Board. The Company will announce the new appointment at the appropriate time.
The Company thanks and appreciates the services Eric Shevin has provided.
