Item 9.                    Regulation FD Disclosure

 

                On March 28, 2003, SI International, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed that it was not selected for award of a contract on the Western Range Operations Communication and Information procurement issued by the U.S. Air Force.  The Company was not the incumbent on this contract.  This development does not affect the Company’s prior earnings guidance for the first quarter and full year 2003.

                On March 28, 2003, the Company issued the press release identified as Exhibit 99.1.  On March 24, 2003, the Company issued the press release identified as Exhibit 99.2.  Those press releases are incorporated by reference into this Item 9 and the foregoing descriptions of such press releases are qualified in their entirety by reference to such exhibits.
