Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers: Election of Directors: Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On April 16, 2007 Donald Bennett Jr. was terminated from his position of Sr. VP Manufacturing of Alpha Pro Tech, Inc. and has left the company.

For health reasons he has resigned from the Board of Directors effective April 16, 2007.
