Item 5.03.                Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On November 14, 2013, the Board of Directors of Molson Coors Brewing Company (the “Company”) approved a resolution to change the Company’s fiscal year from a 52/53 week fiscal year to a calendar year.  As such, the Company’s current fiscal year will be extended from December 28, 2013 to December 31, 2013, with subsequent fiscal years beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each year.  Beginning January 1, 2014, the Company’s quarterly results will be for the three month periods ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.  The Company will not be required to file a transition report because this change is not deemed a change in fiscal year for purposes of reporting subject to Rule 13a-10 or Rule 15d-10 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as the new fiscal year commences within seven days of the prior fiscal year and the new fiscal year commences with the end of the prior fiscal year.
