On October 29, 2015, Accuray Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release dated October 29, 2015, titled “Accuray Generates 10% Year-Over-Year Gross Order Growth in First Quarter,” is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
