Flushing Financial Corporation (Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB, announced on December 30, 2009 that it repurchased the warrant to purchase 375,806 shares of its common stock issued to the U.S. Treasury under the Capital Purchase Program of the Troubled Asset Relief Program ("TARP").
