RiceBran Technologies (the “Company”) is presenting at the ICR Conference at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida, on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the Company’s presentation materials is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.  The presentation materials include certain financial information for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018.
