On July 25, 2012, Mark J. Tervalon, Vice President of Stoneridge, Inc. (the “Company”) and President of the Stoneridge Electronics Division, submitted to the Company his resignation from all capacities with the Company and its subsidiaries, to be effective August 8, 2012.
