On January 10, 2013, First Keystone Corporation, parent company of First Keystone Community Bank, issued a press release announcing the appointment of J. Gerald Bazewicz as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation and the Bank. A copy of this press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
