Due to the limited resources and personnel available at the Company, the Company's annual report on Form 10-KSB for the period ended December 31, 2005 could not be filed on or prior to the prescribed March 31, 2006 due date without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company is in the final stages of document compliation and review and will file the Form 10-KSB within fifteen days of the prescribed due date.
