OPTIBASE ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY OF ITS ANNUAL REPORTS
ON FORM 20-F THROUGH ITS WEBSITE
HERZLIYA, Israel, April 20, 2011 – Optibase Ltd. (NASDAQ:OBAS) today announced that its annual report on Form 20-F, containing audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 18, 2011, is available through its website (www.optibase-holdings.com).
