Departure of Chief Technology Officer

    On May 13, 2005, LightPaths Chief Technology Officer, Bruce Bernacki, resigned. Mr. Bernacki was paid his salary and accrued vacation through May 13, 2005. No severance payments have been paid or are owed to him. Mr. Bernackis responsibilities will be assigned to various individuals pending the selection of an appropriate replacement.
