On June 5, 2009, Dynavax Technologies Corporation ("Dynavax" or the "Company") appointed Jennifer Lew as Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Lew, age 36, joined Dynavax in December 2004 and is currently the Senior Director and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Dynavax, Ms. Lew was Assistant Controller from 2002 to 2004 and Director of Finance from 2000 to 2002 at QRS Corporation. Ms. Lew, who is a certified public accountant, began her career at Ernst & Young in 1994.
