Management was unable to obtain the necessary information to complete the preparation of the Company’s Form 10-Q by the filing deadline and could not eliminate the reasons causing this delay without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company intends to file its Form 10-Q immediately following the filing of this Form 12b-25.
