Effective June 30, 2010, Ms. Linda Knoll was appointed ad interim President of the Parts & Service function of the Company. Ms. Knoll’s interim appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Pierre Fleck, effective as of June 30, 2010, who is leaving the Company to assume another position within the Fiat Group.
