CHANGE TO DIRECTORS

Effective February 28, 2011, Yue (Justin) Tang resigned from the Company’s board of directors to devote his time to his other responsibilities. Mr. Tang was originally appointed to the board in 2006 by Blue Ridge China Partners, L.P. in connection with its investment in the Company. The Company is appreciative of the counsel provided by Mr. Tang for the past years in his role as a director.
