On May 20, 2013, at the UBS Global Healthcare Conference in New York City, after highlighting the safe harbor disclosures pertaining to forward looking statements, Rajesh C. Shrotriya, MD, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), in response to a question about revenue guidance for Fusilev and the Company, confirmed prior Company expectations that Fusilev annual sales are anticipated to be approximately $80 to $90 million and total Company revenue is anticipated to be approximately $160 to $180 million for the 2013 fiscal year.
