Lattice Semiconductor Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 2115 SW O’Nel Drive, San Jose, California at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

To ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 28, 2019;
