Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 9, 2006, Newpark Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial information for the quarters ended March 31, June 30 and September 30, 2006. The press release also announced that Newpark has filed its 2006 first, second, and third quarter results in Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
