(b) On October 13, 2008, Alan G. Spoon of Polaris Venture Partners tendered his resignation as a director of TechTarget, Inc. (the “Company”), effective October 17, 2008. Mr. Spoon has indicated that he wishes to focus his efforts on Polaris’ other portfolio companies.
