(b) By letter dated May 4, 2010 Ronald L. Havner, Jr., a director of GFN since 2008, notified GFN that he would resign as a director of GFN effective May 4, 2010. The decision by Mr. Havner to resign as a director of GFN was not the result of any disagreement with GFN on any matter relating to GFN’s operations, policies or practices.

On May 6, 2010 GFN issued a press release that it intends to release on May 13, 2010 its financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2010. The press release also announced that a conference call is scheduled for Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. (EDT) to discuss these results.
