Item 8.01 Other Events

 
On June 30, 2010 GFN issued a press release announcing the completion of its rights offering.  GFN received approximately $6.3 million in gross proceeds in connection with the exercise of subscription rights and will be issuing 4,190,647 units.  Each unit consists of one share of common stock and a three-year warrant to purchase 0.5 additional shares of common stock at an exercise price of $4.00 per share.  As a result of the rights offering, GFN will therefore issue 4,190,647 shares of common stock and 4,190,647 warrants to acquire an additional 2,095,323 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $4.00 per share.
