        On March 12, 2008, Legacy Reserves LP (“Legacy”), a Delaware limited partnership, issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
