Item 7.01. | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On February 22, 2017, Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP issued a press release announcing that Pony Express Pipeline has reached an agreement with Holly Frontier Corporation and its affiliates ("Holly Frontier") to build facilities to connect Holly Frontier’s refinery complex in El Dorado, Kansas to the Pony Express Pipeline. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
