The reporting person no longer has a reportable beneficial interest in the
shares owned by his daughter and included in the reporting person's prior
ownership reports.
This amount is based on the reporting person's interest in the Standex
Retirement Savings Plan (fka the Employees' Stock Ownership Plan) as of the date
of this report.
These shares were accrued pursuant to the Standex International Corporation 1998
Long Term Incentive Plan and are to be settled 100% in Common Stock of the
Corporation three years from the transaction date.
