ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

Meritage Homes Corporation exercised the accordion feature under its unsecured revolving credit agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) and increased the total commitments by $100 million, from $400 million to $500 million, effective March 10, 2015.
