At the Company's Annual Meeting held on June 8, 2016, stockholders voted on (i) the election of directors; (ii) an advisory vote on the compensation of the Company's named executive officers and (iii) the ratification of the Board of Directors' selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2016.
