ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) today announced it will report
financial results for the third quarter 2008 on Wednesday, October 22, 2008
after the market closes. The company will conduct its quarterly conference
call on Thursday, October 23, 2008, at 9:00 AM ET.
To participate in the conference call, please follow the steps listed

1. On October 23, 2008, dial (800) 768-6490 approximately ten minutes
before the call begins (8:50 AM ET);
