Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 11, 2008, the Board of Directors approved the repurchase of up to 2,500,000 shares of the company’s outstanding stock in open market or privately negotiated transactions pursuant to SEC Rule 10b-18. No time limit was set on the repurchase authorization. At December 31, 2007, the Company had 543,000 shares remaining under a previous authorization which remains in effect. A copy of the news release announcing the new authorization is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
