The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”
On June 21, 2010 South Jersey Industries (SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share. The dividend is payable October 4, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 10, 2010. A copy of the press release of June 21, 2010 announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
