ATHENS, GREECE, March 31, 2015 – Diana Containerships Inc. (NASDAQ: DCIX) (the "Company"), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership of containerships, today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has scheduled the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") for May 5, 2015. The Board set a record date for the Meeting of March 23, 2015.
