ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
The Company announced that James W. Duncan, Executive Vice President resigned, effective December 5, 2005, to take a position as president of another financial institution. Mr. Duncan has served as executive in charge of the lending department. This business will now report to Greg A. Steffens, President of the Company and Southern Missouri Bank & Trust.
