Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
(b) Effective October 21, 2015, Sara R. Nichols has resigned as Kforce’s Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer and accepted the position of Kforce’s Senior Vice President, IT Solutions.
(c) Effective October 21, 2015, Jeffrey B. Hackman, age 37, accepted the position of Kforce's Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hackman also currently serves as Kforce's Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting, a position he has held since March 2015. Mr. Hackman previously served as the Global Chief Accounting Officer of Cunningham Lindsey from September 2013 until March 2015 and as the Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Kforce from September 2009 until September 2013.
