Company hereby announces that Mr. Victor Zhikai Gao’s employment as
company secretary of the Company ceased with effect from 25 April
2007.
The Company is pleased to announce that Ms. Kang Xin has been appointed
as
the company secretary of the Company in place of Mr. Victor Zhikai
Gao
with effect from 25 April 2007.

Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Mr. Victor Zhikai Gao’s employment
as company secretary of the Company ceased with effect from 25 April 2007.
The
Company is pleased to announce that Ms. Kang Xin has been appointed as the
company secretary of the Company in place of Mr. Victor Zhikai Gao with effect
from 25 April 2007.

Zhikao Gao has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of directors
(the “Board”) of the Company and there are no matters relating to the cessation
of his employment that need to be brought to the attention of the Company´s
shareholders.
