On November 23, 2009, eLong, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release regarding its third
quarter 2009 unaudited financial results. The Companys press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
In addition, on November 24, 2009 (Beijing time), the Companys management team hosted a conference
call to discuss the press release.
