Investor and Analyst Meeting
Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (“Pinnacle West”) is participating in the Edison Electric Institute Financial Conference on October 31, 2010 through November 3, 2010. We will be meeting with members of the investment community during the conference and we will be utilizing slide handouts during those meetings. Copies of the handouts may be available to such investors and analysts as early as November 1, 2010, and are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
