Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 27, 2007, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared
an initial quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.18 per share. The dividend will be
payable on August 17, 2007 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2007.
