     On April 17, 2007, WebMD Health Corp. (which we refer to as WHC) terminated the employment of David Gang, its Executive Vice President, Products and Programming and Chief Technology Officer. A copy of the press release announcing that is incorporated by reference, as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, from Exhibit 99.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed today by WHC and is incorporated herein by this reference. WHC is a publicly traded subsidiary of the Registrant.
