Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
          On October 2, 2006 Tween Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release appointing Jill Dean as the president of the Company’s Limited Too division. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
