The Being Successful Scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student who demonstrates acumen and resourcefulness expressed through an original essay. This scholarship welcomes applicants to explore their own idea of success and how to obtain it.
Eligibility Requirements for Being Successful Scholarship
This scholarship is open to any college, university, or graduate student who:
- Is at least 18 years of age at enrollment
- Has residency in the United States
- Is in good academic standing
- Submits personal information, including their name, contact information, and proof of enrollment
- Writes an original 1,000-1,500-word essay on the scholarship essay topic provided
Applicants must apply using the form on the Being Successful Scholarship page. Employees and children of Isaacs & Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers are not eligible, nor are previous scholarship winners. If the contacted winner does not respond, they will revoke their winnings, and another winner will be announced.

The Essay Prompt
We invite applicants to explore their definition of success and express that in their own words. We hope they will take the time to consider the following prompt and respond in a thought-provoking 1,000-1,500-word essay:
"What do you think it takes to be successful and how do you define success?"
We are excited to receive all eligible submissions and read some of the inspiring goals and dreams of our community's young minds. Just as we are dedicated to helping our injured clients obtain the recovery they need for a better road ahead, we know many students are dedicated to building a bright future for themselves. We want to honor an outstanding student with a $2,500 academic-based scholarship so they can further their education and reap the rewards of their hard work.
