The organization has supported hundreds of sober founders in growing their businesses while maintaining long-term sobriety, with more than 1,000 lives impacted through coaching, education, community, and accountability.

Sober Founders fills a gap that traditional recovery groups and standard business masterminds often miss: a safe, judgment-free space where people can work a 12-step program while also talking honestly about hiring, scaling, and leading teams in high-pressure environments.
