Market Update: Praxair Inc (NYSE:PX) – Praxair Acquires NOxBOX Ltd, a Leading Developer of Inhaled Nitric Oxide Delivery and Monitoring Systems

[Business Wire] – Praxair, Inc. has acquired NOxBOX Ltd, a company that specializes in the manufacture of inhaled gas delivery and monitoring instruments for the medical market, from U.K.-based Bedfont Scientific Limited, an existing Praxair supplier. During the trading session, PX traded between $103.82 to $105.26 and has traded between $95.60 and $128.42 over the past 12 months.
