Diamond Bakery is excited to be celebrating its 95th anniversary today on October 12th, 2016. What started as a dream between three Japanese immigrants has grown to become a household name in Hawaii.

The company has big plans for year 95. “In addition to Grab N’ Go cracker line, we have also redesigned our Hawaiian Cookie Christmas collection. It’s the limited edition and will be available in stores around third week of October, just in time for Christmas. 2017 is going to be another busy year for us. We have lines of projects filled our pipeline of new product development, including Hawaiian Biscuit Crackers that created a lot of buzz when we tested at this year’s made in Hawaii show,” said Yoshioko.
