April 5th, 2017. Sc2 Corp (“Sc2”) today announced that Quinten Stevens has joined Sc2 as Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Robert Guidry, Sc2’s Founder, Chairman and now Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr Stevens will also join the Board of Directors of Sc2.
A Colonel in the US Army Reserves and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Robert Guidry stated that “I am delighted that Quinten Stevens has made a decision to both invest in Sc2 through his firm, Stevens Asset Management LLC, and to assume the Co-Chief Executive Officer responsibilities. Quinten Stevens is Managing Partner of Stevens Asset Management LLC which invests in both public and private equity securities. He has over 30 years of experience as a financial executive. He ran the Equity Division for Wachovia, where he was a member of the Operating Committee which managed the Global Investment Bank. He also managed Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan. He focused much of his investment banking career in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. About Dan O’Shea
Dan O’Shea is a retired Navy SEAL Commander and Army Ranger qualified officer and combat veteran with more than twenty years of special operations experience and multiple Middle East (Iraq/Afghanistan) and Africa tours. An asymmetric warfare specialist, O’Shea is a recognized subject matter expert in counter-insurgency (COIN) counter-terrorism (CT) and hostage-terrorism. He helped establish and served as the Coordinator of the inter-agency (DOS/DOD/FBI/CIA) Hostage Working Group at the US Embassy in Baghdad 2004-2006. He also served as a counter-insurgency (COIN) Adviser for the Commander International Security Assistance Force (COMISAF) in Afghanistan from 2011-2012. A graduate of the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in History, O’Shea also has a Masters in Executive Leadership (MSEL) from the University of San Diego Business School.
