Langley, BC / TheNewswire / February 21, 2018 - Iplayco Corporation Limited (TSX VENTURE: IPC) ("Iplayco" or the "Corporation") announces the results of its annual general meeting (the "Meeting") held yesterday. At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Corporation approved all resolutions placed before them by management, including the election of Messrs. Sultan Alhokair, Shad Azimi, Muhanad Awad, Mel Barsky, Zaher Fattouh, Scott Forbes, Shaun Kriel, John Plumpton, and Craig Williams as directors of the Corporation, the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the Corporation's auditors, and the ratification of the Corporation's stock option plan.
At the first meeting of the newly constituted Board of Directors held immediately after the Meeting, the following individuals were appointed as officers of the Corporation:
Scott Forbes, President and Chief Executive Officer
Max Liszkowski, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
David Romano, Chief Operating Officer
Also, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Awad as Chairman of the Board and Messrs. Azimi, Barsky, Plumpton and Williams to serve on the Audit, Compensation, and Corporate Governance Committees, with Mr. Barsky chairing the Audit Committee, and Mr. Williams chairing the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees.
