Orlando, Florida, (April 24, 2018) – RITE Academy, creator of Racial Intelligence announced they have been nationally certified by IADLEST, the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training.
RITE Academy's Racial Intelligence Course is the only Nationally Certified Diversity training certified by IADLEST. Topics covered include implicit bias, cultural diversity, de-escalation communication, ethics, empathy connection, emotional and social intelligence training, and officer wellness.
