What’s the $3 stock Casey’s Research is talking about with China’s kill switch on the US military?

It seems our military is dependent on China for materials that direct missile systems to their targets and without it those weapons and others will be rendered useless unless this $3 company comes through it could provide a 1,127% return. Have you seen this Travis and have any clues?
